General PTO Meetings
General PTO Meetings are open to all of our parents, guardians and Explore staff. The meetings are only called to order, when we have an abundance of news to share or have emergency matters that need to be addressed. All meetings, take place in the Auditorium at Explore Charter School, 655 Parkside Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11226. These meetings will be between 30 minutes – 60 minutes, depending on the volume of information we have to cover.
Rest assured, we use the Weekly Memo’s, flyers and this website most often to share information with you in real time. We understand how valuable your time is and use General Meetings only when necessary.
*We will do our best to provide childcare to parents/guardians attending the meetings for the upcoming school year, so please stay tuned for updates!
PTO Executive Board Meetings
The Executive Board meets first Wednesday of the month. These meetings are generally closed to the public, however, with advance notice, we are happy to structure our agenda so that parents can join! We do publish the meeting minutes to keep everyone in the loop with Explore happenings!
